Cartolina 6X6 messa all’interno di una busta di plastica. Sul fronte è indicato il nome, cognome, data e luogo di nascita, nazionalità, comune di residenza. Sul retro, c’è la firma dello stato civile, il timbro del comune e un pezzetto di scotch di un centimetro quadrato, con il nome del Comune e il costo. La custodia è chiusa con un lungo nastro di seta da mettere intorno al collo.
Il documento è rilevante per il fenomeno dell’immigrazione perché ci mostra un metodo per un preciso e accurato riconoscimento degli immigrati.
