The article describes the progress in common European immigration policy. Author informs about raising restrictions and external controls trying to eliminate irregular migration, however EU member states are still too attractive to many migrants from poor countries that the no restriction will prevent them from coming and undergoing often not-human conditions even the illegality of their stay in hosting countries.
