The article tries to identify the patterns of integration of external temporary migration and the effects this phenomenon has in the politics of the central and local authorities, actions which permit the lowering of negative effects and the maximization of the positive ones.

COMMENTS ON THIS DOCUMENT:

The work force in Romania and the immigration phenomenon is a research study which presents another effect of the external migration of the Romanians who go to other countries in order to have a better life, the changes in the work force, introducing thus a new face of the migration in Romania: the immigration.
