It appears as a card of 6X6 cm placed in a plastic folder. On the front it is filled with name, surname, date and place of birth, nationality, municipality of registration. On the back, there are the signature of civil status, stamp of the municipality and a small piece of 1cm square card with the name of the Town Hall and cost. It is closed with a long string of white satin to be hung around one’s neck.
The document is relevant for the phenomenon of migration because it shows us a method for precise and accurate recognition of immigrants.
