The article presents several examples of courses of the new generation « beurs, blacks, Asian », long relegated to supporting roles, which now reached the summit in different sectors of society (business, media, senior civil services, research, politics…), even if their path is often strewn with obstacle. Also “the positive discrimination in the French way” is still a matter of debate.
The article provides different examples, and gives two others examples of courses in England and in Germany.
