Publication of an article on the Routes Portal in the Newsletter of "Démocratie ou Barbarie" (September 2010). "Démocratie ou Barbarie" (Democracy or Barbarity) is a public institution (Educational coordination unit « Démocratie ou barbarie » - Ministry of the French Community in Belgium) located in Brussels. This institution is involved in the ROUTES project as associated partner.
